Beautiful Baby!

Tonight I was able to photograph the sweetest little baby girl!  She is two weeks old and you can see how proud her parents are.  I had such a great time and she was a good sport considering I took pictures of her when she was sleepy!  What a precious gift she is!

Okay... I have been a bad blogger... but I think that this was worth the wait.  Until the end of 2008, I will be accepting a limited number of portrait sessions for Holiday or New Years cards.  

~ Portrait sessions will be 30 minutes, with our goal being to get the most wonderful photographs for your cards.  

~ You will receive 20 custom designed 5 by 7 Holiday cards.  

~ You will get the digitally enhanced and color corrected file of the photograph you choose for your card  [additional photographs can be purchased]

All of this for $59.  

If you are located in the Saint Petersburg area, I will be accepting commissions for:

November 28th and 29th

December 6th and 7th

My Sister is Gorgeous... Don't you agree?

Okay, now I am not normally one to brag, but I must say that my little sister is STUNNING!!!!!   Yikes. When I was home a few weeks ago, we were able to run outside under an overpass for about 15 minutes and grab these shots.  I think she should ditch nursing and take up modeling!  That's not really true since she is going to be the most amazing nurse that any patient would be blessed to have - I'm sure the male patients will especially like her since she is beautiful!  I am really proud of her.  We went through about a year where we weren't close and it really hurt both of us.  Finally the two of us grew up, stopped being petty, and realized what we have, a best friend and a sister!  Even though she is sooo far away [at school in Arkansas], we have been much closer recently!  I can't wait to see her over Thanksgiving break... and you will see her too, since she is one of my favorite subjects to photograph.  Okay, now that I have gone on and on... here is my amazing sister, Melinda!

I wanted to post two sneak peaks of shoots that will soon by up on my blog.  

One is the wonderful maternity session I shot with Matt and Missy!  They are so cute together and baby Jonah is going to be one blessed baby to get to have them as parents!  

Also, I cannot wait to post photographs from the amazing shoot I did with my sister!  She is one of the most beautiful people in the whole world - on the inside and out!  We had about 20 minutes under an overpass.... and WHOA!  You'll see for yourself in a few days! But here's a taste...

I have to say a HUGE congrats to my bride and groom from June and best friends, Amanda and Greg.  

They have a new baby in their family and I just HAD to get some pictures.

To be a Kindergartner again!

Our best friends have two of the cutest little girls!  I absolutely love photographing them.  So yesterday, when we went to watch their softball game, of course it turned into an impromptu photo session!  They are so sweet and too cute!  Oh and they are really camera shy --- NOT!

Calling ALL Seniors!

I am really excited that it is Senior Portrait season!  I am running some awesome specials, with the session fee being only $75!  My theme for the year is: Why settle for ordinary? Not to bash other Senior Portrait companies, but I think most seniors are looking for something different.  Something they can show off! Photographs that show who they are and what they like!  If that describes you, please let me know!  If you are in St. Pete, I am accepting a limited number of sessions on Saturday, September 27.  This is your final year of high school, get portraits that show off the REAL you!!!!

Ribbons for Rae Photo Shoot

Sorry it has been forever since I have blogged.  Things have been insane with Tropical Storm Fay, starting my teaching job, and life itself.  

The other day I had the pleasure of photographing three beautiful ladies.  My friend Jena is starting her own business making hair bows for little girls.  With their new website about to be launched Jena needed some pictures of her and her two adorable daughters.  Keep checking this link to their website www.ribbonsforrae.com because their website should be up soon.  I had such a great day with them!
